What's Covered
The TGF warranty covers genuine manufacturing or material defects that appear during normal use within the 1-year coverage period:
- Manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials
- Premature wear under normal commercial or residential use
- Material delamination, splitting, or backing failure
- Significant color fading beyond normal expected variation
- Tile interlock failure (for interlocking format)
- Adhesive bonding failure when TGF-approved adhesive is used
What's Not Covered
Like every product warranty, ours has reasonable exclusions. The following are not covered:
- Damage from improper installation (use TGF installation guidance or recommended contractors)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or use outside the product's intended application
- Damage from harsh chemicals, solvents, bleach, or unapproved cleaning agents
- Damage from fire, flood, or other accidents and acts of God
- Damage from non-TGF-approved adhesives or installation materials
- Normal cosmetic wear consistent with the product's age and use intensity
- Indentation marks from prolonged static heavy equipment (use load-spreading boards under high point loads)
- Damage from outdoor exposure on products specifically rated for indoor use only
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Filing a claim is straightforward. Here's the process:
- Document the issue. Take clear photos showing the defect, location, and surrounding area. Note the date the issue was first observed.
- Locate your invoice. Have your original TGF invoice number and installation date ready.

- Send documentation. Email or WhatsApp the photos, invoice, and installation date.
- Site inspection (if needed). For larger claims, TGF may arrange a site visit or request additional photos.
- Resolution. TGF responds to warranty claims within 48 business hours and arranges replacement, repair, or credit as appropriate.

- Resolution proposal: Within 5–7 business days for standard claims
- Replacement delivery: Within standard product lead times (5–15 days) once approved
